Cooking
Prepare the dough for pancakes. In one bowl mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt and yeast. I have a "SAF-moment".
In another bowl mix the liquid ingredients: warm milk, water, egg, vegetable oil. Temperature 30-40 degrees.
Mix the components of both bowls and put the dough in a warm place for 1 hour to rise, covered with a towel.
The finished dough is covered with bubbles actively.
Pancake pan grease with oil, pour the dough with a ladle, evenly distribute on the pan. Bake on a medium heat. As soon as the damn "clutch" overturn.
Bring to readiness pancake on the other side for about 1 minute.
Of this amount, the test I got 12 pancakes.
Prepare the filling for pancakes. It can be done until suitable dough. Cut into small cubes onion and slices of raw sausages.
Roast until it will turn brown onions and sausages in vegetable oil.
Add chopped mushrooms (I cooked). Fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the grated mozzarella, stir, remove from heat.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a skillet heated with butter. Put the flour.
Pour a thin stream of cold milk, stirring constantly. Put salt, nutmeg, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes until thick.
Put the sauce in the fried sausages and cheese.
On the edge of the pancake put 2 tablespoons of the filling.
Bend the edges of the pancake for the filling and turn into a tube.
Grease the form of butter, put it in pancakes, top pancakes also lubricates melted butter. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve the pancakes hot. Bon appetit!
