Ginger pilaf
Pilaf turns out a fragrant, sharp and bright in terms of taste sensations! A very interesting marinade for meat from ginger, soy sauce and brandy.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    0.5 kg

  • Ginger

    0.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

    70 ml

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the meat into cubes, approximately 2х2см.

Put the meat ginger sliced into smaller pieces.

Pour in the soy sauce.

Immerse the meat in the sauce and leave at least 5 hours. Better at night.

Slice the mushrooms.

Carrots cut into strips and put in a pan with hot oil.

Add the onion, cut into strips and

marinated meat. Fry.

Wash rice in cold water. Water thoroughly drained.

Put the rice, meat with vegetables, not stirring.

Add the mushrooms.

Sauce, which marinated meat, diluted with water to 400 - 450 ml of liquid. Season with salt and pepper and pour in the rice. If you don't like dry and crumbly pilaf, water you can pour a little more.

Bring to a boil, put the chopped garlic and screwing the fire almost to low, cover and forget for 20 minutes. The cover is not open! After 20 minutes, check readiness of rice.
