Cooking
Breast cut into thin plates, to repel, sprinkle with seasonings. Cheese cut into large chunks and put on the breast.
Roll the breast envelope and stab with toothpicks (if necessary to maintain the shape). Roll in flour, then dip in beaten egg ( I forgot to photograph).
Dip in mixture of bread crumbs and sugar (sugar is better to take small).
Fry on strong fire from all sides, then lower the heat to minimum and leave under cover for about 10 minutes.
You can serve it with any side dish and as a separate dish. Delicious in hot or cold.
