Received from Vicki in the molasses. This smelly and flavorful. Could not resist and baked bread, dark with molasses. Sweet flavor, wonderful crumb and crispy crust. Come on, have a treat!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Molasses

    70 g

  • Rye flour

    250 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp
