  • Flounder

    500 g

  • Parsley

    20 g

  • Capers

    3 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Dried apricots

In a saucepan pour water, add salt (1/2 tsp), put on fire and bring to a boil. Bags of basmati rice mix put in boiling water and cook on slow heat for 12 minutes.
