Cooking
1. Turkey fillet mince. Baton soak in cream. In forcemeat add bread, along with cream, add passed through the press garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper mixture. The mince and knead well.
2. Soft butter to mix with cranberry sauce, put on plastic wrap, roll "sausage" and put into the refrigerator so that the oil froze.
3. The oil then cut into small washers.
4. Take a small amount of stuffing inside to put a piece of butter and form a Patty.
5. The cutlets spread on a Board and put into the freezer for 30 minutes. Then in a pan heat the oil, fry patties on both sides until cooked. Bon appetit!
