Chicken cutlets with vegetables
The perfect combination of flavors. I propose to try, very tasty and healthy. A great option for kids.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    400 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

Of chicken do stuffing.

To the chicken mince add grated on a fine grater beets and grated zucchini. Salt and pepper to taste, add the finely chopped onion and dill.

Mix well minced. To form small patties. Roll in flour.

For frying cutlets, I used oil "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive oils.

Chops fry both sides for 2 minutes each side.

Put cutlets in the pan, pour in the broth and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Cutlets of chicken with vegetables ready. Serve the meatballs can be with any side dish. Bon appetit!!!
