I remembered recently, as my sister and I in the summer went to the grandmother in village... Remembered simply divine pasta fresh chicken or rooster! I remembered how my sister and I fought for the giblets!!! And I decided not to cook noodles, and something for which he fought, - the ventricles! The Asian style - very tasty, spicy, crunchy - amazing!!!

Cooking
The longest in the whole process of cooking - boil the gizzards!!! Stomachs be sure to review and remove the yellow hard films! Cut each ventricle into 2-3 pieces. Boil in slightly salted water for an hour. Drain and gently Pat dry with a paper towel. In a pan heat the vegetable oil. Add the gizzards and sauté until Golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Chop the garlic, ginger, green onion
Add to the ventricles sliced and blanched for 3-5 minutes broccoli and carrots, green onions, ginger and garlic. Add the soy sauce and all the spices. Mix. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end add the chopped peanuts.
