Cooking
Pork neck with fat cut into large pieces.
Heat the pan, put pork and add salt slightly. Stir and cook under cover for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Pork needs to give a lot of juice.
Onion peel, cut in large rings and send it to pork. Stir and again cover with a lid, cook for 15 minutes.
When onions become soft add the peppers and Bay leaf, add salt to taste. Add a little water 50-100 ml, stir and cook for another 15 minutes.
