Cooking
Pasta boil in salted water until tender.
Wash pumpkin, peel and cut into cubes. Boil the pumpkin in salted water until soft.
When will be ready the pasta and pumpkin, then proceed to the sauce. Heat the pan and put it in the butter.
Once melted butter, add sour cream. Stir. Add the ginger. Allow to boil for 3 minutes.
Then for the sauce add the pumpkin and proverjaem another 2 minutes.
Add pasta, stir, cover for 1 minute. Turn off the gas. When serving, decorate with greens, I chopped the dill.
