Oatmeal pie with carrots
Very quick to prepare the cake is mixed and put in to bake! A great option for Breakfast and not only!) Try it!)

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

Prepare the products. (Cup =250 ml). Turn on the oven.

In a Cup measure out the required amount of oatmeal. I use flakes of TM "Mistral".

Add in a Cup of yogurt.

Mix and leave on for 1-2 minutes.

Peel the carrots and RUB on a small grater.

In a Cup add salt, sugar, vanilla, carrots, egg and vegetable oil.

Stir.

In a Cup of sifted flour and soda.

Mix well.

Add 6-percent vinegar. Stir the dough.

Spread the batter in the pan, the laid parchment. Put the form with the dough in the preheated oven.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness "torch dry".
