I want to share my favorite recipe for yeast dough soft and thin pizza! I use them more than one year and always a great result! Recommend!

Cooking
In a deep bowl pour the Cup of warm water and add yeast.
Lightly mix, add the butter, sugar, salt and egg. We mix it all together.
Sieve the flour and knead the dough first with a spoon and then put it on the table, floured and knead with your hands (if the dough is highly sticky, slightly sprinkle it with flour). The finished dough should be soft and slightly stick to the hands (after proofing the stickiness will go away).
We shift the dough in a clean oiled bowl, a little grease and the surface of the test itself.
Cover the bowl with a towel (you can cling film) and leave the dough to rise. It will be ready to use within 30 minutes, but personally I give it to rise for about an hour.
