Breakfast
I propose you today to try incredibly easy, delicious and healthy smoothie (a cocktail, if you want) that will fill you with strength and give energy at least until a late lunch! Only benefit! Only vitamins! What else is lacking to us in November? Maybe only sun and sea, but that's another story...

Ingredients

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    0.5 piece

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    5 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Almond milk

    50 ml

Cooking

Start cooking Breakfast almost instant...

In a blender put a banana, half avocado, coriander, turmeric and oatmeal

Followed by cinnamon...

Leaves fresh mint, very suited to the combination of avocado and banana.

Add almond milk ( can be replaced with ease on the water, natural yoghurt or any other milk). Close the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes. Will turn out tender texture.
