Very aromatic roast leg of lamb
This recipe is almost constant for the feast of my male friends. But I can say for sure that just to cook for dinner with the family - very well. The taste turns out very tender. Fragrant. This is probably the most delicious thing I ate. Flies from the table in minutes.

Ingredients

  • Leg of lamb

    3 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    800 ml

  • Allspice

    1 Tbsp

Begins: lamb to wash you. Trim off the excess fat. All is not cut, otherwise it will be dry. Make small incisions and insert a carrot, small pieces, and garlic cloves. Then carefully RUB with salt and pepper (I used a mixture of black and red)

Wrap it in package and remove on the day in the refrigerator. Day preferably hold, it is not necessary. Just the meat will be more tender.

3 hours before cooking take out of fridge and sprinkle with a little salt.

Optionally make a side dish - I added potatoes. and that's all! put on a baking sheet. put in pre heated oven. 180 degrees. add water to the pan. bake for 2,to 3 hours. Bon appétit!
