The fresh tomato sauce for pasta
This is my favorite sauce for pasta. It is light, fresh, sour and rich flavor. In addition, it is very simple to prepare: just chop the tomatoes and herbs, mix everything and spread on cooked pasta.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Spaghetti

    400 g

For summer this is a great recipe because the plate stand is not necessary.

1. Slice the tomatoes with a cross at the base, put into a large bowl and cover with boiling water. After 10 minutes drain the water and remove the skins from the tomatoes.

2. Cut the tomatoes in half, squeeze out seeds and excess juice. Cut the tomato cubes, place in a colander and sprinkle with salt and leave for about 30 minutes to drain liquid.

3. Finely chop Basil, mix skip through the press garlic, lemon zest and juice, chopped chilli, vinegar and olive oil. Add the tomatoes and mix well.

4. Leave the sauce for 30 minutes so that the flavors of the ingredients mixed up and became more intense.

5. Cook spaghetti and pour sauce.

6. Serve with fresh Parmesan shavings and Basil leaves.
