Risotto is a dish with which to experiment. My sons said that every time risotto I get everything tastier and tastier. And I try to prepare and cook... Really hard to please. One doesn't like, the second something else. Have to find a middle ground.

Ingredients for risotto - rice, chicken, mixed vegetables, tiger prawns, onion, butter.

I poured myself a glass of French red sweet wine.
The risotto turned out very juicy and tasty!!!
