Casserole
It is a famous dish in the Greek interpretation. Although to tell you honesty, the first dish I learned how πί Η τα το υ βο σκ ού and then as shepherd's pie!!!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Nutmeg

    2 tsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

Cooking

Boil potatoes in salted water, blend with the addition of olive oil, milk, black pepper.

In frying pan, pour oil, spread the stuffing, fry dobavleni onion and garlic (finely cut).

Add the chopped tomatoes (with the evolved from them juice).

... grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg and breadcrumbs ( to absorb excess moisture).

The bottom of the baking dish sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Spread the stuffing.

Spread on top of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese and nutmeg. Bake at 180' 1hour.
