Couscous with mushrooms and young vegetables
Pretty easy and delicious recipe will come in handy during lent.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Couscous prepare according to instructions. Fill it with hot water and do some cooking the other ingredients.

Mushrooms to clean and slice. In vegetable oil fry the mushrooms until Golden brown.

In another pan fry in vegetable oil carrots, diced.

Then in the same pan add the zucchini and beans. Continue to fry on strong fire.

Add the mushrooms, peas, to salt, pepper and mix well.

Add the couscous and stir everything gently and serve.
