Pasta in Italian
Bright and delicious with the taste of vegetables and spices. The recipe was peeping on the box with spaghetti and this dish became a frequent guest on our table. Try and rate the taste.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Broccoli

    5 piece

  • Ketchup

    300 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spaghetti

    400 g

Onion, garlic, carrot and pepper finely chop. Heat in a pan olive oil and sauté the vegetables for 5-7 minutes.

Add to vegetables-sliced mushrooms, broccoli, ketchup.

Stir and fry for another 15 min.

The sauce must be cool and whip so that the texture remains tender, but not uniform (to mix did not work).

Store it hot (I'm in slow cooker mode to maintain heat). Boil spaghetti, put in a pan and mix well with the sauce. Bon appetit!
