1. Wash, dry and prick the duck with a fork as much as possible. 2. In a wide pan take about one liter of water and add all the ingredients for the marinade. Finally, in ¼ Cup water at room temperature diluted potato starch and add to the marinade. Bring to a boil and boil about three minutes. 3. Put the duck in a deep bowl and pour the marinade after half an hour turn it on the next half hour. 4. Then increase the temperature again to 200*C for 15 minutes, until Golden brown.
