  • Duck

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Brandy

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

1. Wash, dry and prick the duck with a fork as much as possible. 2. In a wide pan take about one liter of water and add all the ingredients for the marinade. Finally, in ¼ Cup water at room temperature diluted potato starch and add to the marinade. Bring to a boil and boil about three minutes. 3. Put the duck in a deep bowl and pour the marinade after half an hour turn it on the next half hour. 4. Then we put the duck on a wire rack for two hours, and then poured the marinade - and so 3 times. After the 3rd times keep another hour on the grill. Heat the oven to 200*C. grease the Duck with the marinade using a brush and bake it in the oven. The bars set in the middle, the pan under the duck on the bottom. After 20 minutes reduce the temperature to 150*C and bake for one hour (every 20 minutes opening and lubricating marinade). Then increase the temperature again to 200*C for 15 minutes, until Golden brown.
