Gluten-free Christmas coffee cake
My experiments with gluten free baking continues. Wanted to surprise my husband with a new recipe for Christmas. A little bit about it already written in the diary, but at the request of Lena (Denilena) publish this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Quail egg

    6 piece

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Rice flour

    100 g

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

Cooking

Beat eggs in the bowl of a blender. Preheat the oven to 160*C. to Boil the kettle.
