Cheesecakes with Golden millet
Cheesecakes with Golden millet TM MISTRAL bags, absolutely no eggs, with dried cranberries. Just had some cottage cheese and had to use, so I decided to quickly cook the millet is Golden and just as quickly make pancakes with it for Breakfast. Served with natural yoghurt with added apricot jam. Delicious, quick and cheerful in the morning! I love cheesecakes!!!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Millet

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Cranberry

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Jam

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Millet, boil as directed on package. Cheese spread in a bowl, add the sugar and vanilla. With a fork combine.

Add cooked millet, dried cranberries. Stir.

Board sprinkle a bit of flour with wet hands form the sausage from the cheese mass. To hands does not stick. rovnenko on the Board roll out.
