Cooking
In a large bowl sift flour, add salt, dry yeast, stir. In warm milk add the melted butter, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks. All stir.
Combine the flour with the milk mixture and knead the dough. Do it better with the help of a kitchen robot, because the dough is very soft, sticky, and pulls to add more flour. On a floured table knead the dough into a ball, hands periodically immerse in the flour so that the dough doesn't stick. The dough is put in a bowl, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place to rise.
Meanwhile wash the plums, cut them in half and remove seeds.
Poppy grind in a coffee grinder and mix it with two tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Once the dough is doubled, divide it into equal balls, I got 20 pieces. Of each ball with hands to make a flapjack in the middle to put two halves of a plum cut up.
Dock the dough from the sides, then you get these "ears".

Bake pies in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
My husband doesn't love Mac made him a few pieces without Mac, but it does not. And these pies look pale and the taste is poorer.
But our patties with sweet poppy filling and fragrant plums are another matter altogether. Because of the poppy they get a little"chumazenky", but very sweet and tasty.
