Oat pancakes with mushroom sauce
Quick recipe-wand, which will help to diversify Lenten menu.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Flakes pour 200 ml of boiling water, add salt, oil and leave to swell. After 10 minutes, add a tablespoon of flour, stir well.

Wet hands to shape small cakes and fry in small amount of oil with the two sides a few minutes until Golden brown.

I was making very tiny pancakes - one tooth :-)

For the sauce finely chop the onion, mushrooms, sauté until tender.

A spoonful of flour to dissolve in a glass of cold water, add to mushrooms with onions, saute a few minutes until thick.

Add about 4 tablespoons of soy sauce (the amount depends on Your taste and the kind of sauce), allow to boil and remove from heat.

Ladki generously pour the sauce and immediately served to the table.
