Cupcake with strawberry-yogurt filling
Soft grasses, airy cake filled with fresh strawberries and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    20 ml

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Strawberry

    80 g

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Saskatoon

    2 Tbsp

  • Glaze

To prepare cake you will need a Mixture of flakes 7 cereals multigrain cereal Is a small, tapered of the following cereals: oats, millet, rice, buckwheat, wheat, rye, barley.

Flakes grind in a blender.

Beat the yolks with sugar.

Pour the vegetable oil and whisk.

Pour the flakes and whip.

Add the flour and beaten egg white, mix well.

Pour the batter into the cake pan.

Bake the cake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Remove the cake from the form and cool completely.

Will need strawberries, and Saskatoon. Rinse the fruit with water.

To connect yogurt, strawberries, Saskatoon and dissolved gelatin. Mix in blender until smooth.

In cupcake to make a hole for the filling.

Fill cupcake strawberry-yogurt filling.

Sprinkle biscuit crumbs. Cupcake place back into shape, put in the refrigerator to harden the filling.
