Cooking
A Bush of gooseberry. Quite ripe. Gather, wash, cut off the tails with scissors.
Then one can prepare stresses. To do this, in the flour grate/chop the frozen butter. If you grind on a grater, then dip a piece of butter in flour, so convenient. Grind the butter into the flour.
Add cereal and sugar. I use oat bran cereal Mistral and brown sugar Demerara Mistral. Carefully grind the mixture with your hands. Streusel ready.
In a separate bowl, mix sugar and butter. I use generic brown sugar Mistral. Mix with a fork, fork in the country is easier to wash)
Add the egg, again mix thoroughly and stir in flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Then turn berries. Add the gooseberries to the batter and stir. The dough will be quite dense.
Spread the batter in a greased form. I have a form with a volume of 500 mm. the Dough is not spread to the top: first, it will rise, and secondly, you need to leave room for stresses. We'll pour thick, about 1 cm layer.
Pour streusel and press it with your hands. Bake the cake in a preheated 180° oven for 30 minutes.
