Description
I suggest you try one of my favorite dishes. Very tender, tasty, just melting in the mouth, this dish will not leave anyone indifferent. I first tried in a small Italian restaurant and now it has become an integral part of our family menu.
Ingredients

The Apium graveolens Dulce

Milk
1 cup

Flour
2 Tbsp

Mushrooms
1 cup

Allspice

Crab sticks
1 pack

Chicken egg
2 piece

Cheese
Cooking
Onions, celery and mushrooms finely chop and fry gently in oil until soft.
Add the flour and milk, mix well.
Add 2 egg yolks, salt, pepper and cook 5 minutes.
Crab sticks finely chop.
In shape for baking put the cooked mushrooms, then crab sticks and top liberally sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated to 175 C (375 F) oven for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
