Once 12 years ago when I told my mom that I will not eat meat, she cooked for me these are the patties. Now I myself cook them. I love these patties. Very tasty.

Put uvarivaetsja rice and peas. While they cook, peel the vegetables. While the garlic and put aside, and cut onion into small pieces, grate the carrot and fry the onion with the carrot.
Mix rice and peas in a convenient bowl or saucepan.
And make a mixture of mashed potatoes in a blender. Or you can skip through a meat grinder (my mom used a grinder to do)
Then add to the mashed rice and peas roasted vegetables.
Then press out the garlic.
Add seasonings and egg. I added a teaspoon of salt, a little less than a teaspoon of dried dill and a pinch of pepper (ground black).
Then mix everything. And you can form patties.
Formed the patties, coat them in flour and fry (also available in breadcrumbs, I was not available, so I'm in the flour roll the cutlets)
As the burgers were roasted, I put them normally on paper, to glass excess oil.
And the dish is ready. Very tasty burgers with some sauce. I have done so: just shredded in a blender with a few tomatoes, garlic cloves, green onions and fresh dill (all crushed together, not separately). That's the whole sauce.
