Description
The pot is a good thing. As said Winnie-the-Pooh of all the famous cartoon: "you can put... whatever you want, you can put". This time I'm in a pot put the Turkey with potatoes.

Cooking
Turkey fillet cut into pieces.
Cut the mushrooms and fry a little.
Potatoes clean and cut. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
On the bottom of the pot, pour a little vegetable oil. Then we add back the Turkey, potatoes, mushrooms and onions. In each Cup put a Bay leaf. Salt, pepper, add favorite seasonings.
The ingredients are put in layers, but I prefer to mix things up. Pour into each pot of water so that it filled about half the pot or slightly less (it is possible for convenience to salt the water, not the contents of the pot).
Then do the "hat" for the pot. Put on top the grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Close the pot lids and send in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 50 minutes. Then take it out, remove the cover and put back in the oven, keeping it there for as long as the top is not browned.
The dish is hearty, and the pot is not so small, so four servings to feed 8 hungry people (if supplements don't ask)...
