Lean berry cupcake
Well in the Post without a delicious homemade cake for evening tea or morning coffee!! Offer the option of very simple cooking, simple ingredients, delicious cupcake with a delicious chocolate sauce.

Ingredients

  • Berry

    300 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In a saucepan put the berries (I have frozen berries of red and black currant) I didn't defrosted, add sugar (250g), pour 100 ml of water, add a cinnamon stick and put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook for 5 min.

Drain berries in a sieve, juice collect. I got 350 ml of berry juice. Juice and berry cool.

In a bowl, mix both kinds of flour, baking powder, salt.

Pour sunflower oil"Oleyna", mix well.

Add the cooled berry juice and mix well.

In the form put half of the dough.

From top to distribute the berries.

Again, the dough. bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 min until dry splinter.

While baked cake, prepare the sauce. To do this in a saucepan pour water, add sugar, cocoa, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Separately in 50 ml of water to dissolve starch and pour it in a thin stream to the sauce, stirring, cook 1 min and remove from heat, cool.

The finished cake to cool and serve with chocolate sauce.
