  • Dry white wine

  • Butter

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Thyme

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

The legs thoroughly wash and dry with paper towel. Gently separate the skin from the legs, not dorezaya to the end. Season with salt and pepper, add dried thyme

Lay thinly sliced lemon slices

Cover all skin, if necessary, secure with toothpick.

Preheat a frying pan olive oil, then put the cream. Fry the chicken legs from the skin side until Golden brown. Flip, add the dried Basil, and fry a little, pour in the wine and cook until tender.
