Spring rolls with vegetables, couscous and greens
Long ago I was lying in stock sheets of rice paper, but somehow hands did not reach... And here come the post, and imagination suggested this wonderful dish! Maybe the rolls are not quite correct, but very tasty! Husband praised ;) Try it :)

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.333 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sauce

    100 ml

  • Couscous

    50 g

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Mint syrup

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Rice paper

    15 piece

  • Sesame

To prepare the filling. In vegetable oil fry the chopped onion, then add carrots, continuing to fry.

Add shredded or chopped cabbage, mix well. Simmer 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meantime, prepare the couscous.

Pour hot water 125 ml, stir and leave for a few minutes until it swells.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables add tomato sauce, mix well. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add spices, mix well.

Add couscous, stir.

At the end of the green. Remove from heat, check for salt.

Ready-made spring rolls, arrange on plates, serve with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds. ***About sesame I forgot was in a hurry to shoot, and the sun was already at sunset ;)
