Vegetable cakes in sunflower oil is not inferior in taste to the pastry cream, I would say, even better! Anyway, I like it more. This cake is rich in taste, rich spices, dried fruits and nuts! I think that this cupcake can be prepared as in the Post and in ordinary days.

Cooking
2 teaspoons each of black brewed tea, pour 250 g of boiling water, add honey, stir and allow to cool to room temperature.
Any dried fruit (I had dried apricots, raisins, figs) cut into small pieces.
Nuts also any and all (I have almonds and hazelnuts) grind in a large crumb.
In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon and ground ginger.
Pour sunflower oil "Oleyna".
Add dried fruit and nuts.
Pour the cooled tea and mix well.
Pour into mold and bake at 190 g min 40-45, readiness check wooden skewer, it should come out dry.
The finished cake to cool, turn over and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
