Description

Pancake rolls
Sharp filling for pancakes with the addition of the fish fillets.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 cup

  • Damn

    4 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Rice flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

Cooking

Pre-bake the pancakes.

Boiled fish fillet salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

Rice flakes pour hot water, cover. Leave on for 3-5 minutes.

Add to fish fillet steamed rice flakes.

Eggs RUB on a coarse grater and add to the stuffing. Mix well.

Add the chopped garlic. Mix thoroughly.

Add the sour cream. Mix well.

On pancake spread the filling.

A collapsible roll. Before serving cut the rolls and garnish with green onions.
