Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients: small onion and a small clove of garlic, buckwheat, chicken, mushrooms, and a ready dumpling dough.
Boil buckwheat until tender.
Cut the mushrooms and onions
Fry mushrooms together with onions.
Prepare the filling for the chicken: mix the mushrooms with buckwheat.
Stuff the chicken with the prepared stuffing. Prepare the sauce: garlic are crushed and mixed with mayonnaise.
The dough is rolled out, spread with sauce.
Chicken is also coated with sauce and wrapped in dough. Then bake in the oven until Golden brown.
