Chicken roulade stuffed with couscous
Very tasty, hearty and flavorful dish. Just what we need for real men.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    50 g

  • Chicken breast

    200 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Pear

    0.5 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Broth

    100 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Prepare the products.

Couscous soaked in boiling broth and cover with a lid, finely chop the onion and fry in butter.

To the onions add the chopped pear.

Chicken beats a film to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

On tape, put strips of bacon slightly overlapping.

Cover with bacon repulsed chicken.

Saphariny couscous mix with roasted onion and pear, egg and pepper. I'm not salted, neither the filling nor the fillet, because the broth I added some salt, and bacon too podsolic breast.

Spread the filling on the chicken.

Turn all into a tight roll.

Wrap it in cling film and put in the fridge for 2 hours.

Remove the foil, wrap the loaf in foil and put in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for 30 minutes, then open foil, grease the rolls with butter and leave in the oven to bake for another 30 minutes.
