Kebab
Orman kebabi. A simple dish, nutritious, healthy, tasty and easy on the stomach. The Turks know how to combine meat and vegetables, similar to Turkish cuisine is often served over rice.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

Cooking

Onions to chop. In a deep frying pan the onion in vegetable oil fry until Golden color.

Meat cut into small pieces, add to the onions a little, to fry.

Add the chopped pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

Carrots cut into cubes.

Add to a pan with 1 table. L. flour and mix thoroughly.

Then add 1.5 cups of water and cook on low heat until meat is tender (20-25 minutes).

Then add salt and spices, mix well.

Potatoes cut into cubes.

Potatoes add the meat, add the tomato paste and continue to cook until soft potatoes.

Add the peas to the dish and cook on slow heat for another 5 minutes.

You can put in a deep dish, serve with rice, rice in a separate dish, Bon appetite!!!
