Pancakes stuffed with corn, tomatoes
Pancakes with corn and vegetable filling is hearty and delicious Breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    5 g

  • Salt

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Corn

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

1. Prepare the dough for pancakes. Break in a bowl 2 eggs, add garlic salt and blend. Pour in a bowl the milk, vegetable oil. Mix everything carefully. Last to the mixture add the sifted flour. The resulting dough mix again.

2. Bake pancakes on greased with vegetable oil (a bit) and well-heated frying pan on both sides.

3. Prepare the stuffing. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Peel and wash the onion and then finely chop it. Fill the onions with boiling water, give 2-3 minutes to stand and then drain the water.

4. Mix tomatoes with onions

5. and corn. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Fill with a mixture of sour cream and soft cheese.

7. Spread the filling onto the crepes and roll them in the envelope. Put pancakes on a heated pan, greased
