Very tasty pancakes with meat filling is a very tasty sauce. The name of the pancakes comes from the area of the hortobágy (Hungary), where these pancakes are prepared.

Cooking
For pancakes: in warm milk dissolve sugar and salt. Add the eggs, sunflower oil, mix well. Flour mixed with baking powder and small portions add to the batter. Mix well to avoid lumps.
Bake pancakes on a heated pan greased with a thin layer of sunflower oil. Ready pancakes to put aside.
Finely chop the onion. In a pan heat oil, fry the onions until light brown colour. Sprinkle with paprika and mix well.
Then add the chopped medium (about 2-3 cm) pieces of beef. Add salt, stir and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Then add sliced tomato and pepper. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Then you can stuffing be left in this form or mince. I left it like this.
On the edge of the pancake put 1 tbsp filling without liquid (we need it for sauce) and fold the pancake.
So come with all the trimmings and pancakes.
For the sauce, in a bowl mix the sour cream, paprika and flour.
Can be diluted with water to the desired consistency. Add the remainder of the filling liquid. Mix everything.
Pancakes put in a baking dish and cover the top with sauce. Bake in the preheated oven to 180 gr, about 15 minutes.
