Pancakes with fried mushrooms and ham is a hearty, tasty dish and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    600 ml

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

1. Beat in bowl the eggs, add milk, sugar and salt, stir. Gradually enter the sifted flour, stir with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth.

2. Put the pan on the fire, well calcined. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Reduce heat to medium and bake the pancake from both sides. Put the finished pancake on a plate. Smear it with butter, and cover.

3. To prepare the filling, clean the onion and finely chop.

4. Mushrooms wash and finely chop. Mix the mushrooms with the onion and fry in a pan in vegetable oil.

5. Cut the ham into small cubes and add to the pan. Simmer until cooked mushrooms.

6. Stuffing in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and sour cream.

7. On pancake put the filling, flatten and fold the envelope. Bon appetit!
