Dissolve yeast in warm water.

In a bowl, pour warm milk, add sugar, salt, melted butter and egg. Mix well. Pour the diluted yeast. Gradually add flour, may need a little more. The dough should be soft and tender but not sticky. Form the dough into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.

Cabbage stuffing: cabbage and onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil. Mushrooms cut into thin slices and add them to the cabbage, simmer until tender cabbage. Add salt and pepper and cool.

Boil the rice until tender. Finely chop the onion and fry. Strain the rice in a colander, rinse, add mashed with a fork tuna and fried onion. Add salt and mix well.
