Creamy cupcakes with lavender and marzipan
I want to offer you a recipe is incredibly delicious, light and fluffy cupcakes with a lavender scent.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mascarpone

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Marzipan

    50 g

  • Lavender

    1 pinch

Butter room temperature vzbit with sugar until lush white mass ( not less than 5 minutes ). One by one add the eggs ( every 30 sec ) continuing to mix. Add the mascarpone ( or other cream cheese ) at room temperature, beat for 30 seconds. To the flour add baking powder, mix and sift through a sieve. Parts stir flour weight in butter, mix gently with a spatula.

Add a pinch of lavender flowers and grated on a coarse grater marzipan. Stir again.

In the muffin insert paper capsules, put them in the dough, 2/3 of the height

Bake in a preheated 180* C oven until dry splinter. Decorate cupcakes to your taste.
