Butter room temperature vzbit with sugar until lush white mass ( not less than 5 minutes ). One by one add the eggs ( every 30 sec ) continuing to mix. Add the mascarpone ( or other cream cheese ) at room temperature, beat for 30 seconds. To the flour add baking powder, mix and sift through a sieve.
