Description
"Kaw pad" in Thai means "fried rice". The dish turns out very tasty. Spicy, fragrant, spicy rice, goes well and is set off by a pineapple and cashews.

Slice the onion into rings. Chop the garlic.
Cut bell pepper cubes, hot pepper - finely.
Whisk the egg in a separate bowl.
Chicken fillet cut into cubes.
Pineapple peel and cut them into triangles.
In a large skillet over high heat, heat the olive oil, add onions, bell pepper, chili and garlic. Constantly stir for 2 minutes.
Add the beaten egg and cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth, soy sauce, curry, sugar and mix.
Add chicken and sauté about 5 minutes.
Put in a pan of shrimp and thin slices of pineapple, stir, keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
Add the rice and stir. If necessary, add salt to taste. Hold at heat for 2 minutes and serve.
