Meatballs from lentils and spinach in tomato sauce
I just discovered recipes of lentils and was amazed how varied and tasty they are, and most importantly, useful. Here, dear cooks, I present to you another recipe sent to me from the remaining green lentils firm "Mistral". This is a recipe of East India, which is so rich in spices and the brightness of colors.
