The shish kebab from fillet of chicken legs
Tender and delicious barbecue, do not fret gnaw bone.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    8 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    12 piece

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • The chicken legs

    6 piece

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

With drumsticks remove the skin.

Remove the meat from the bones in one piece.

Marinade: mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, Apple cider vinegar and spices. Optionally, season with a little salt.

Marinate meat in marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
