Cooking
With drumsticks remove the skin.
Remove the meat from the bones in one piece.

Marinade: mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, Apple cider vinegar and spices. Optionally, season with a little salt.
Marinate meat in marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
Before frying the mushrooms and tomatoes and brush with marinade from meat.

Cook over coals until tender. Don't forget to turn frequently for even roasting.
