Mushroom meatballs with a twist
These meatballs can be eaten simple, and can be cooked as a side dish. =)

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chickpeas

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Flour flax

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Sesame

Cooking

Fry the finely chopped onion for 5 minutes, then add chopped mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, fry for about 15 minutes.
