Meatballs under milk sauce
Very tasty meatballs under milk sauce, sprinkled with cheese - that's it for the little man for lunch. Based on the recipe from the site malutka. net, plus my own minor adjustments.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Cheese

  • Salt

1. The stuffing (my quail) put the egg, mix and add the breadcrumbs.

2. Onions finely chop and lightly fry in butter.

3. Mix with the minced meat, add salt, form the meatballs, wet hands in cold water. Throw them in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.

4. While meatballs cook, make the milk sauce. To do this, fry the flour on a dry pan so that it is not changed the color, and allow it to cool down.

5. The butter rubs in the plate.

6. Add the cooled flour and mix well.

7. In a saucepan boil a glass of milk and small portions add the butter with the flour, stir quickly and constantly until the sauce thickens.

8. Put meatballs in a baking dish and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese

9. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
