Cooking
The rice soak for half an hour. Then wash, sprinkle with salt, put in pots to half (I got 4 pieces) and fill with boiling water up to 3/4. Put in the oven.
Meanwhile, cut carrots into strips.
Onion cut into half rings.
Fry in deep pan with oil.
Then add the tomato and chopped garlic and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Our rice in the oven will be ready after 15-20 minutes. Take out, pour the tomato mass. Stir and into the oven for 10 minutes. All! Bon appetit!
