Carrot orange marmalade with rice
Meatless dishes - delicious and satisfying. Prepared quickly. Bonus - the fruit in the marmalade.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 cup

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Marmalade

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Take a carrot, small, and clean, or cut into large pieces

Boil carrots in salted water for 5-6 minutes

Add the butter and marmalade (instead of marmalade you can take honey), all peremeshaem

Put the carrots in the sauce, add the brown sugar and salt, add orange juice.

Fry the carrots in the sauce for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in a bowl and pepper. For flavor I added some green olives

In the remaining sauce add the washed rice and water, and spice marinade from the jar with green olives, cook rice until tender.

A wonderful meatless dish is ready. You can sprinkle with herbs, ground nuts, add chopped orange slices, or olives, all to taste.

For dessert, take any fruits I pineapple and strawberries.

2 tablespoons orange marmalade (brewed from orange peels)

Put 1 minute in the microwave.

Repeat several times, put in a plate and cool. The marmalade will harden, and you get fruit in marmalade.
