Cooking
In a bowl mix ricotta, egg, sugar, nut crumbs and orange zest.
The dough is chilled roll or take. Molds ( or glass) cut out circles and cut on all four sides. In the center put a saiga spoon our stuffing.
Fold the "petals" to the center one by one.
All! Do it fast. Puff pastry thaws quickly. And it will be harder to do.
Place in oven at 200g for 30 min. How anyone bake oven. It took me 30 minutes.
