Rolls
Today birthday of my Sonia. Here is a holiday inspired this dessert. Tender in the center and crispy on the outside. Try, dear Cooks.

Ingredients

  • Ricotta

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Almonds

    70 g

  • Orange zest

    1 piece

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

In a bowl mix ricotta, egg, sugar, nut crumbs and orange zest.

The dough is chilled roll or take. Molds ( or glass) cut out circles and cut on all four sides. In the center put a saiga spoon our stuffing.
